Energy Healing Workshop with Liana
1st Wednesdays of the month, 6pm-8pm
The first Wednesday of every month we'll be hosting Energy Healing Workshops at Elk Rock Wellness. A place where you will learn how to connect to your ground cord, learn healing tools and techniques as well as a space where you will receive, give, share and connect. A place for Holding Space.
Energy Healing tools and practices to transform your healing journey and improve your daily life. The class will consist of a lesson, a practical and 1-on-1 or group practice with each other in class.
