What does growth look like to you? How has it showed up in your life? And what happens when it's sometimes almost too scary and painful to confront? We all have our own definitions about what a healthy mindset is or how we track success or our 5 year plan but when it comes to growth and opening our awareness how do we know we're on the right track? What are the KEY things that stand out for all of us that show that growth and evolution is coming our way and what we have always been looking for?

Growth and Evolutional is all around us we just have to know where to look

The universe works in mysterious ways. Always sending us little signs and signals that say "Hey, look over here! You're on the right track, just follow the yellow brick road!" or "Hmmm... that doesn't seem like the best route, maybe take a step back and reassess the situation?" There are signs all around us, ALL THE TIME, if you know what to look for! Yet so often we are so consumed and wrapped up in our day to day lives we often forget to stop and smell the roses. Life is busy, it always has been, it always will be. There's no way around it, life just keeps on pushin' regardless of how tired you are or how stressed or fill in the blank. SO, how do we take a step back? How do we know that growth and evolution are in our midst? How can we grab hold of the next phase of life and bring it into our grasp? Well, here's the hard truth. We are always in FULL control of our lives. No, not other peoples decisions, extenuating circumstances, natural disasters or even death or an illness. BUT you are in complete control of how you either respond or react to life. You are in control of the choices and decisions you make in your life and how they unfold and manifest. You are the writer, director, producer and set manager of your life show. So how things show up in your life and the places you find yourself in, are all made up of the micro decisions you have made up until this point. So where do we go from here?
